You earn 1 point for every $1 spent at any Haogood Group venue. Silver members earn 1.5x and Gold members earn 2x. Points are automatically added when you provide your membership number or linked phone number at checkout.
Can I use points at any venue? +
Yes! Your Hao Good Club membership works across all 6 venues — Jungle 8, Lucky 8 Auckland, Lucky 8 Wellington, and all three Mr Hao locations. Earn and redeem anywhere.
Do points expire? +
Points remain active for 12 months from the date they were earned. As long as you dine with us at least once every 12 months, your points stay valid.
How do I redeem rewards? +
Simply log into your dashboard, browse available rewards, and activate the one you want. Show the active reward on your phone when you dine, and our team will apply it to your bill.
Is the Hao Good Club free? +
Absolutely. Joining is free and always will be. There are no hidden fees, annual charges, or minimum spend requirements.
